Reserve a Group Study Room

Our group study rooms and tables may be reserved two weeks in advance by calling the Engineering Library (882-2379) or stopping by the Circulation Desk to sign up.

Study rooms

• W2001-E (10 seats)
• W2001-H (8 seats)

Study tables (W2001-F and W2001-G) located in middle study room divided by a white board

• W2001-F & W2001-G (two tables to be reserved individually, 4-6 seats each)
• Each table may be reserved individually by groups of TWO or more. Groups of six or more may reserve the whole room by having different members of the group reserve each table. If your group has fewer than six people, please expect to share this space.

Study Room Policies:

1. Groups of three or more may reserve study rooms E and H. Do not reserve these rooms if only one or two people will be using it.
2. Each table (F & G) in the middle study room may be reserved by groups of two or more. Groups of six or more may reserve both tables.
3. One (1) reservation limit per group at one time for two (2) hours for all ELTC study rooms/tables.
4. QUIET talking and cell phone usage are permitted.
5. Beverages in library-approved containers only. NO FOOD.
6. Unattended belongings may be removed after 20 minutes.
7. Groups arriving later than ten minutes lose their reservations, and the room/table reverts to first-come, first served usage.
